immaculate stay near the castle
friendly staff prosecco bar
the hotel was immaculate. it also smelled lovely. david, helena, and giuseppe, and i enjoyed our chats over prosecco in the bar.
i think cleanliness in rooms should be improved. i found dust on the wardrobe shelves. it seemed it had not been cleaned for several days.

the hotel is close to many landmarks. it is located near the castle. charles bridge is also just a short walk away. there are many good restaurants and bars nearby too.

coffee machine wonderful selection friendly staff easy access
I really appreciated the coffee machine in my room. the breakfast had a wonderful selection. the staff were very friendly. They provided helpful recommendations. the hotel's location made it easy to access the main attractions.
the television in my room was a bit small. i noticed slight wear on the shampoo bottles.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices. I found many options i liked. the coffee was freshly brewed, and there was a good selection of teas. i enjoyed the fresh pastries offered each morning.

my beautiful double room had luxury bedding, and i thought it was very comfortable. the shower room was large and it included towels, dressing gowns, and slippers. the room also featured a well-illuminated space.

this location proved convenient for exploring many popular destinations. it was easy to walk to various key tourist attractions. the tram stop nearby allowed for easy travel to other areas of the city.

welcome drinks good bathroom convenient location
my room featured complimentary welcome drinks. there was also a good bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe, i stayed in room 12. the location proved convenient, walking distance to everything and many great restaurants were nearby.
